A Letter From Maria
I wanted to write a short letter to let you know how thrilled we are at the results we've experienced giving our ADHD foster son your company's OPC Gold Blend product. My husband and I were trying to find a natural product to augment the prescription drugs Depakote and Wellbutrin, that he has been taking. They seemed to have lost their effectiveness and we were having a very difficult time with some of his behavioral issues. In addition, there were difficulties at school, concerning his ability to focus as well as his motivation. He has already been on Ritalin and Dexadrene, both of which are stimulants. They worked OK for awhile, but since they are quick acting, the rebound effect when they wore off was a real problem. It was at this time that he was switched to Depakote and Wellbutrin.
Several months ago I read about your product in Jean Carper's book, Miracle Cures, I called and ordered the product and began giving it to him as soon as I received it. After about a week of taking four 50mg. capsules in the morning 30 minutes before eating, we began to notice a positive change. The intensity of his moods. especially anger and belligerence had noticeably diminished. This has continued, and he is much much easier to be around.
In addition, I received a phone call from his homeroom teacher at school. He reports that he is much more focused and on task than he had been. Teachers have also reported that he seems to be less irritable and that his mood is better.
Needless to say, we are very pleased with these results. Our foster son's Psychiatrist is also interested in what we have done to improve his overall mental and emotional health. I let him borrow the book, and told him what we have been doing. He is very supportive, and is so glad to see the improvement. It has made a tremendous difference with our foster son, and I am certain many other children will benefit.
