Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product and wish to make a return, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of purchase to request a return authorization. We will provide instructions on how to return the unused portion of the product. All product returns require authorization and should be sent to Sweetwater Natural Products; P.O. Box 278; Hancock, NH 03449.
When we receive your return, we will either replace it with another like product or issue a refund within one business day. Please note that your refund will be made in the same form as your original purchase, i.e. credit card or check/money order.

Regulation Policy
Primary Source dietary supplements are regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). Our products are manufactured in FDA approved pharmaceutical facilities where the highest GMP (good manufacturing practices) standards are observed. All procedures meet or exceed standards set forth by the FDA. Certificates of Analysis for raw materials, finished consumer goods as well as FDA certifications are available upon request.
