Hours of Operataion
Our offices are open Monday through Friday 9am until 6pm Eastern Time (U.S.). If outside our normal hours you may order or leave a message on our voice mail system and we will return your call. To contact us click here.
Payment Methods
- For telephone and online orders we accept: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover
- For mail orders use our current price sheet and send a Money Order or Bank Check by mail. Your order will be processed the same day it is received.
Discounts
- Wholesale pricing for health professionals and retail stores, please contact us. A state professional license or resale tax ID is number required to qualify for wholesale account status.
- New customer discount – buy two of the same item and receive a third FREE
- Customer referral program –to thank our satisfied customers for spreading the word we offer a 10% discount off your next order for any new customer that orders for the first time. Please tell your friend to be sure to provide your name when they order so we can give you credit!

At Sweetwater Natural Products we believe your personal information should remain private. We do not sell names or provide any other information about our customers to any third party. We spend significant resources to protect and ensure the privacy of our data and security of your transactions.
