Each bottle contains 500 capsules (five poly bags of 100 capsules each) of 100 mg of active OPC blended from grape seed and pine bark and rice flour as a flow agent - nothing else. This size was developed for families who have several members using OPC GoldBlend® daily.

Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) are found in most species of plants to one degree or another. For commercial purposes however, the highest-yielding sources of OPC are the skins of select grape seed and the bark of the French Maritime pine. Separately, with a precise extraction process, each can render a highly effective OPC complex and each is well researched. But like all plant species, grape seed and pine bark differ slightly in their overall, beneficial chemical make-up. But now you don't have to choose between these two marvelous sources of OPC.

How to Take Primary Source® OPC GoldBlend® for Optimal Results
Primary Source OPC GoldBlend® is "water activated." Take our OPC products with plenty of water to ensure optimal tissue penetration and health benefits. Since OPC binds with proteins it is better to take our products at least 1/2 hour before or after meals.
